Vegan Spinach-Carrot-Serrano Sauce

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 bag organic fresh spinach
  • 2 organic carrots (medium size)
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 oz. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 1 oz. organic olive oil
  • 1 or 2 cloves of fresh garlic

Directions:

dice carrots, garlic and serrano peppers (remove seeds if
you don’t want it to spicy) Heat pan and saute carrots,
serranos and garlic for 2 minutes then add spinach and
aminos and let wilt. then put all ingrediants in a bleder
(be careful with blending hot items start slow and then
increase speed puree well and serve over pasta, rice, baked
tofu, etc.


Serves: 4 to 6


Preparation time: 10 min.
