Hummus

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 can garbanzo beans in water (drained).
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini (Sesame paste)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Lemon juice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish humus with black olives and
paprika. Eat with Lebanese vegan bread. Enjoy.
