Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 3 cups cooked garbanzos
  • 3 cloves garlic (or more)
  • 6 tablespoon lemon juist
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon vegan sugar


I just blend it all together with bean liquid as needed & adjust seasonings to
taste. My recipe also suggests some tahini or sesame oil. You can add a few
drops if you like the flavor. I’ve tried it both ways.
