Even Dazza Can Do It Lentil Curry


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • half a cup of brown lentils
  • half a cup of coconut milk
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 table spoons of curry powder
  • some round beand or long beans (optional)
  • vegetable oil


First peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Boil the lentils with the potato pieces into a pot till the
lentils and pototoes are soft.

In a frying pan add some oil(1 teaspoon will do).

Add in the curry powder and fry it till it is fragant. Be
careful not to let it burn.

Next add in the coconut milk into the pot of lentils and
potatoes along with the curry which was just fried.

Stir under high heat till it boils and let it simmer.

It is ready to eat.

Serve with yellow rice or coconut rice.
This recipe got its name because my friend doesn’t know much
about cooking and this recipe is easy for him to do… 🙂
