Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 5 oz spinach leaves (I use half of a bag of pre-washed stuff)
- 2 cans (10 oz each) of mandarin oranges
- 2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or crushed almonds
Directions:
Mix everything together in a big bowl.
Pretty simple, huh? Just to be warned,
this doesn’t keep very well, so make it
right before you serve it.
Serves: 4-6
