Parsnip Soup

.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 large parsnip,shredded
  • 1/2 med onion,chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon orange blossom honey
  • 1 apple, cored, cubed but not skinned
  • 1 tablespoon parsely
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon bazil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and puree.
Pour into bowls, and serve with salad and rolls.
Enjoy! This is a raw food recipe.


Serves: one to two


Preparation time: 10 mins.
