Grape-Nuts Roast


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1-1/2 cups Grape-Nuts Cereal
  • 1-1/2 cups hot vegan soymilk
  • 2 tablespoon non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts-walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Ener-G Egg Replacer for 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped celery


Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into a Pam-sprayed
loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This loaf may be served with a gravy of your choice or with
ketchup. Wonderful!

Preparation time: 1 hour
