Amy’s Own Spectacular Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 box silken firm tofu (Mori-nu)
  • 1/2 jar vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 jar peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla vegan soymilk (you could use chocolate)
  • 1 ready made vegan graham cracker pie crust

Directions:


Using a food processor is best method.
I suppose you could use a blender.


Put all your ingredients in the food
processor and blend till smooth and
creamy, well blended.


Spoon mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate for at
least 1 hour. The longer the better.


Garnish with some vegan chocolate syrup
and/or melted peanut butter (heated in
microwave till liquefied)


Serves: 6-8


Preparation time: 10
