Nutty Banana Soy Yogurt


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 pkg Mori-Nu Firm Tofu (silken), drained
  • 1/2 medium banana, broken in pieces
  • 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping Tbls. peanut or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegan sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 c. water


Combine all ingredients in blender
or food processor until smooth.
Sweetener can be adjusted to taste.

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes
