Peanut Butter Fudge


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup vegan margarine or shortening
  • 3 cups vegan sugar


Melt the vegan margarine/shortening on
stovetop. Lower heat and add peanut
butter. Wait until peanut butter has
mixed with the margarine/shortening and
add vegan sugar by a cup at a time, stirring a lot. When
you add the vegan sugar it will become a
little sticky but keep stirring, and it
should come out smooth. When done, put
in a pan and chill.

It’s so good I’m
actually eating some right now. :]


Serves: about 36 small pieces
