Fat-free Orange Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup orange juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, vegan sugar, baking soda and poppy
seeds and mix. Add vanilla and orange juice and mix just
until you don’t see any dry flour. Spray cooking oil on a
bread pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 45 min or
until done.

Serves: 10

Preparation time: 1 hr
