Imitation French Fries/Potato Chips – Recipe #2


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 large potato
  • lots of any desired spices


Slice potato as thinly as possible
without chopping yourself as well.
Spread, in a single layer on a baking
sheet. Sprinkle with spices, I use
salt and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees F
for about half an hour, more or less,
just what until it gets crispy.
C’est tout!

Nutrition: A lot healthier than regular
chips or fries.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 35 mins. including cook time
