Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 piece garlic, chopped
- 1 Strip of ginger, chopped
- 3 Big potatoes, cut up
- 4 Small tomatoes
- 1.1/2 of frozen peas
- 1/2 Cauliflower (optional)
- 2 tablespoon pavbhaji powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- tiny pieces of onion to be used while serving.
Directions:
Boil potatoes, peas & cauliflower (use less water). Mash the Mix.
Take a frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of dairy free margarine, fry garlic and ginger.
Add the chopped tomatoes, and cook them for 10 minutes.
Add the vegetable mix and let it heat for 10 minutes.
Add the coriander powder and pavbhaji powder.
When well done, transfer the whole sabji to a serving vessel.
While serving, add pieces of onion to the sabji and eat.
Preparation time: 30-60 minutes
