Fruit Shake (with Soya Milk & Tofu)

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 1/2 ounces of soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup soya milk
  • sweeten to taste with vegan sugar (optional)

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender, mix and liquify.
Drink as is, or chill in freezer until crystalline and eat with a spoon.

Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5 minutes
