Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 cup fresh fruit (melons, berries, etc)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (melons, peaches, etc)
  • 1 cup soy, rice, or nut milk (rice works well, but almond makes for a richer drink)

Directions:

Whirl all in a blender and serve. You can add all sorts of
stuff to this, if you like…vitamin c, powdered ginger,
green stuff…the list is endless. The trick is to use one
frozen and one fresh fruit…that way, you don’t have to
water it down with ice. Some favorites include
cantaloupe/peach, strawberry/banana, banana (add a little
chocolate syrup for fun), peach/raspberry, berry/berry, and
peach/guava. Go a little nuts…add nuts! This is just a
guideline (HAVE FUN!!!!)
