Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal (e.g. Quaker)
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon vegan maple syrup

Directions:


Cook the oatmeal by pouring the water
into it and mixing until smooth. Add
maple syrup and peanut butter and
blend it thoroughly. Serve by putting
the bananas and raisins on top with a
sprinkle of cinnamon on it.


Just mix it all up and enjoy!


This is really quick and easy and VERY
delicious…yummy for peanut butter
lovers!
