Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 cup vegan egg replacer
- 1/4 cup tofu (firm)
- 1/2 cup bran cereal/oats/cereal you like
- vanilla extract to taste
- any cinnamon/spice you like taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and
blend until smooth.
Then cook on the griddle.
Enjoy with topping of your choice.
