Papaya Pineapple Breakfast

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 ripe papaya (pawpaw)
  • 1 small can of crushed pineapple
  • crushed macadamia nuts

Directions:

Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill the pit in each half with a
mound of crushed pineapple and sprinkle the macadamia nuts over the top. This goes great
with a bowl of cereal on quick mornings.


Serves: 2
