Yummy Soy Yogurt Delight!


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 cup (or more) plain soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (ish) vegan maple syrup (or to taste)
  • splash vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 large handful walnuts, broken into pieces
  • 1 banana, sliced


Dump yogurt into bowl; mix with maple
syrup and vanilla, add more to taste;
throw flax seeds, walnuts, and banana
pieces in, mix well and enjoy! I eat
this every morning now- so

I like mine straight up, but try
adding sprinkles of ginger, or
cinnamon, etc.

Really, you could use any soy yogurt you
want, but this way you can control the
flavor more (a lot of soy yogurts are
really sweet, or just nasty!) plus you
can get plain soy yogurt in bigger
containers (less packaging) or make
your own.
