Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon 5 Alive concentrate (frozen breakfast drink)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla rice milk
  • 2 teaspoon flax oil

Directions:


Blend all the ingredients together.


Serves: 1 Large
