Hawaiian Holiday Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1/2 pkg. peach mango dessert tofu (about 175g)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks plus a bit of juice (3 -4 Tbs..)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup vegan soymilk (depending how thick you want it)
  • 1 – 2 Tbs.. unsweetened coconut

Directions:


Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!
Ingredient amounts are estimates – I don’t
usually measure. You can adjust the amount of
liquid to get the desired thickness.


Serves: 1


Preparation time: 5 minutes
