Mocha/Coconut Shake

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 cup chocolate flavoured vegan soymilk
  • 1 cup coffee flavoured vegan soymilk (or 1 teaspoon decaff coffee)
  • 1 – 1.5 cups crushed ice
  • 1 heapedtablespoon coconut shavings and/or few drops coconut flavouring (extract)
  • vegan maple syrup for flavouring (as much or little as you like)

Directions:


Blend together the two flavoured soy milks with
the crushed ice and maple syrup until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend a for
another minute.


Serves: 1-2
