Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 cup soymilk (I use vanilla soymilk)
  • 1/3 cup frozen berries (any!)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy protein powder

Directions:


I find this smoothie to be filling and
delicious. It’s especially quick if
you chop the carrot the night before.
Just put everything into a blender and
wait until smooth. The banana
provides the perfect amount of
sweetness, and the soy and flaxseed
add protein. Enjoy!


Serves: 1
