Fruit Shake

Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 quartered apple 1 banana 2 cups liquid 1 cup frozen fruit (I recommend strawberries!) 3 1/2 Tablespoons vegan sugar Directions: Blend all ingredients in blender on high until smooth. Add additional liquid if needed. ENJOY!! Serves: 2-3 Preparation time: 10-15min

Fruit Shake (with Soya Milk & Tofu)

Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 banana 1 kiwi 3/4 cup fresh strawberries 2 1/2 ounces of soft tofu 1/2 cup soya milk sweeten to taste with vegan sugar (optional)   Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender, mix and liquify. Breakfast Shake

Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 lb silken tofu 1 large can peaches in juice 2 ripe bananas Directions: Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Chill and serve for breakfast, or anytime! Serves: 2-4 Preparation time: 10 minutes
