Banana-less Smoothie (Yay!)

Ingredients (use vegan versions): peaches blueberries rasberries fresh orange juice Directions: Use an equal amount of each ingredient. Peel peach (if so desired). Blend ingredients. You can make as much or as little as you like, or vary the amounts of each ingredient. Try frozen fruit for thicker smoothies. Serves: Depends Preparation time: Five mins.

Protein Berry Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions): 3 tablespoon soy protein powder handful of frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries 1/3 cup soymilk 2 tablespoon lemonade concentrate 3 ice cubes Directions: Add ingredients into blender, blend, enjoy! Serves: 1 cup Preparation time: 5-7 min.

Hot Cider (non-alcoholic)

Ingredients (use vegan versions): (1 or 2) oranges a few (20?) whole cloves apple cider cinnamon sticks Directions: Stud the oranges with cloves. Ingredients (use vegan versions): 250ml (half pint) concentrated apple juice (vegan sugar free) quarter of a melon (diced) half a cup of ice if desired crush ice before blending as large chunks may harm blades Directions: Blend all ingredients together until smooth. PB and J Chocolate Banana Shake
