Basic Bosch Machine Bread

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

• 3 tablespoon molasses
  
• 1 tablespoon salt
  
• 3 tablespoon yeast
  
• 1 tablespoon gluten
  
• 1 teaspoon vitamin cup powder
  
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
  
• 1/2 cup oatmeal dry,plus another 1 cup oatmeal in 1 cup hot water
  
• 1 cup instant potato flakes
  
• 4 1/2 tablespoon applesuace
  
• 4 1/2 tablespoon barley malt syrup
  
• 4 1/2 cups hot water
  
• 5 cups ww flour plus enough bread flour til dough pulls away from
  
• sides.
  

Directions:

Dump everything into bowl except bread flour. Use dough hook.
Turn machine on to #1 and add bread flour til dough pulls
away from the sides of bowl.Will need about 6 cups vegan bread
flour.Let run 8 minutes. Remove dough from bowl, form into
loaves and bake about 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Makes 3-4
loaves.
