Perfect Meatballs
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- textured soy protein (soaked in water)
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons of parsley
- 1 Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 1/4 cup vegan bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- basil
Directions:
The measurements are approximate, but add all ingredients together, form
into balls, bake for about 30 minutes and serve with
spaghetti and sauce!
Preparation time: 20 minutes
