Directory Submission Policy

This is our Submission Terms Policy document. It covers all the Directory Listings and submissions to our Directory. Please read it carefully before submitting information to our directory. If you do not agree to these terms you may not submit to or use our directory.
We reserve the right to update and or modify this policy at any time, as we see fit.

USER ACCOUNTS (VENDORS)
Only legitimate Vendors, businesses or business entities may create vendor user accounts for our directory.
All vendors must be registered with the required business and or legal authorities in their respective countries that are required in order to conduct business legally.
All Vendors, businesses or business entities listed in our directory MUST provide the following information:
- Full name (or registered Business Name)
- Full address (must be a real address – No PO boxes etc allowed)
- Phone number (Office or Business Phone)
- Business Registration Number
- Relative Business Industry Registration Number (if you have one)
This information MUST be included in the directory listing, and visible to all users.
LISTINGS
LISTING DESCRIPTIONS & INFORMATION
All descriptions and information provided to Directory Listings MUST BE FACTUAL, UP-TO-DATE, AND MUST NOT BE MISLEADING IN ANY WAY.
All listings must abide by local laws of Australia and the vendors country-of-origin, AND must not contain any of the following:
- Illegal Products or Services
- Profanity, Pornography or any content that may offend us, our members or our website visitors
- Illegal Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
- Medicines
- Guns, Weapons and or ammunition
- Products that contain or promote Malware, Warez and Viruses
- Products that are derived from or promote animal abuse or mistreatment
- And any other product or service that does not align with our morals or that we do not think is a good fit for our directory.
Any listings found to have willfully breached these conditions will be removed, and the accounts associated with them will be deleted/removed.
We retain the right to deny and remove any listing submitted to our directory, at any time.
In essence we only want submissions from vegetarian and or vegan related products and services or businesses that have some vegetarian/vegan products.
Restaurants, Cafes & Other Food Related Businesses
Restaurants, Cafes and other food-related businesses that are not 100% vegetarian or vegan may still apply and be listed in our directory PROVIDING that your menu or product inventory contains a reasonable number of vegetarian/vegan choices or items.
IMPORTANT!!! No refunds will be given for any product or service directory submission which is submitted to our directory but does not meet our criteria as outlined above.
CLAIMING LISTINGS
Listings may only be claimed by their authentic owners.
Anyone found to be in breach of this rule will face immediate closure of their account on this and all our platforms (if applicable) and deletion of any directory listings that they may have. No refunds will be given for any remaining time left on their account.
IMAGES
IMAGE DIMENSIONS
All images uploaded to our website for use in our Directory Listings must be no larger than 800 wide x 600 high.
IMAGE FILE SIZE (MAX. ALLOWED)
All images uploaded to our website for use in our Directory Listings must be NO LARGER THAN 300 KB IN FILE SIZE.
IMAGE FILE FORMATS (TYPES ALLOWED)
All images uploaded to our website for use in our Directory Listings must be EITHER .JPG OR PNG FILE FORMATS ONLY.
