Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 Box Pomi chopped tomatoes
- 2 Anaheim chilis
- Juice of 1 small lime
- 3-4 serrano chilis
- 1 red onion
- 1 small can green chilis
- leaves of 15-20 stalks fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt, pepper, cayenne, spike, season salt, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Broil peppers for just a few minutes to separate skins from
chilis, and remove skins.
Finely chop, or use a food processor for onion, chilis, and
garlic.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl with lid. This salsa is
delicious fresh, and gets even better after sitting in the
fridge for a few hours.
I have read many salsa recipes, and picked out my favorite
ingredients to create this salsa. This is delicious with
warm blue corn chips. Enjoy!!
